Located near the famous Rakaia River in the Canterbury High Country of New Zealand’s South Island, is where your personalized adventure to hunt the Red Stag and other New Zealand big game species take place. Hosting a limited number of discerning hunters each season with emphasis on privacy and exclusivity, we bring you New Zealand’s most personalized hunting experience.

You will stay at The High Peak Lodge, a full-service hunting lodge with four guest rooms, ensuite bathrooms and a private chef. The High Peak Hut is an authentic off-the-grid hunting cabin on the estate with two guest rooms for a genuine back-country experience. Other high-quality camps and lodges may be used at at times when circumstances dictate.

(1) This experience is for up to four (4) hunters only and is valid for the 2017, 2018 or 2019 season. (2) Package does not include trophy fees for animals harvested or wounded or lost airfare, accommodations before or after the hunt, dip and pack, rifle & ammo hire, taxidermy, trophy export costs, SAPS-520 gun permit application, gratuities, additional parties such as observers or non-hunters. (3) A non-refundable deposit of $750 per hunter will be charged at the time of booking to confirm the hunt. The deposit will be applied to trophies taken which is payable on the final day of the hunt. Trophy fee deposit may not be applied to dangerous game. (4) Hunt winner will need to sign a liability waiver. (5) Destination airport is Christchurch (CHC).
